These Terms govern your use of the Lumera platform and services. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Who we are

Lumera is a technology platform. Payment accounts and cards are issued and processed by our licensed partner institutions. Lumera itself does not issue cards.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and pass identity verification (KYC). Availability depends on your country of residence and partner requirements.

4. The service

Lumera provides software to request, manage and monitor partner-issued cards and related payments. Specific features may vary by client agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose prohibited by our partners or applicable sanctions.

6. Fees

Applicable fees are described on the Fees page and confirmed at onboarding.

7. Suspension & termination

We or our partners may suspend or close accounts to comply with law, sanctions or risk policies.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Lumera’s liability is limited.
